'Real Housewives' stars' kids face legal trouble after cameras stop rolling
Teresa Giudice recently claimed daughter Milania, 20, had "fentanyl in her system" during an incident at the Tampa International Airport.
Months before, Milania was arrested on an assault charge in New Jersey stemming from an alleged dispute.
Her brush with the law is only one of many instances where the children of "Real Housewives" stars made headlines without the help of reality television cameras.
REALITY STAR CLAIMS DAUGHTER, 20, HAD 'FENTANYL IN HER SYSTEM' IN AIRPORT BODYCAM
Teresa, 54, attempted to explain her daughter's behavior during an encounter with officers at a Florida airport last month, according to bodycam footage obtained by Page Six.
Milania fired back in the footage, and said, "Cause I was laced ... I go to college," before her sister Gia told her, "You're reckless."
REALITY STAR'S SON, 15, INDICTED ON 7 COUNTS STEMMING FROM ALLEGED ASSAULT
It’s unclear when exactly the fentanyl incident occurred and what substance Milania was allegedly given or who she believed was responsible.
At the beginning of the bodycam footage obtained by Page Six, Milania could be heard requesting to speak to her mother. One officer asked Milania to sit back down and reminded her that she was "not controlling the situation."
The "RHONJ" star shared a lengthy statement on social media Monday after the bodycam footage was released.
"As a mother, there is nothing more important to me than the health, safety, and well-being of my children," she wrote. "The past few months have been incredibly difficult for our family, and I feel it is important to say something while also protecting my daughter during an extremely vulnerable time in her life."
The "RHONJ" star explained that Milania had "experienced tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma after losing two of her best friends," but was making sure she was "surrounded by love, family, support, and the care she needs."
Milania pleaded not guilty in June to a simple assault charge in New Jersey following her arrest the month before. According to Page Six, her next court hearing has been postponed until Dec. 1.
'PIONEER WOMAN' REE DRUMMOND'S SON ARRESTED ON DRUG, ASSAULT CHARGES
KJ Biermann, 15, was indicted last month for child molestation and multiple charges of sexual battery against a child under 16, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
A grand jury in Fulton County, Ga., indicted KJ (whose full name is Kroy Jagger) on a total of seven counts, which also included aggravated sodomy and a false imprisonment charge.

The son of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann was arrested in August and initially charged with two felony counts stemming from an alleged April incident, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
Zolciak previously denied the allegations levied against her son in a statement provided to Fox News Digital. KJ was granted a $200,000 bond in September.
KJ is the oldest son of Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak. The former couple also has Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. Biermann adopted Zolciak's daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous relationship. The pair each filed for divorce in 2023 after 11 years of marriage.
"RHOA" star NeNe Leakes' son, Bryson Bryant, was booked on a contempt of court charge in July, according to TMZ.

Bryant was previously arrested in May for allegedly failing to pay court-ordered child support, violating probation and failing to appear, the outlet reported. His probation violation stemmed from a previous case where authorities claimed Bryant was found with fentanyl.
Bryant allegedly provided his younger brother's name during the bust, and was sentenced to 12 months probation for giving a false name, in addition to being ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, undergo a substance abuse evaluation and pay a $500 fine.
"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Alexa Curtin received a 68-day jail sentence in 2021 for multiple criminal charges. In addition to her stint behind bars, Curtin, 33, was sentenced to three years of probation and had to pay restitution for damages.

She recently explained that her life in front of the cameras contributed to addiction issues, and that the way her family was portrayed "made [her] turn to the drugs."
"It being played out in the public forum like that … was really hard for me, like really difficult because all my friends in school were watching it and they really weren’t too nice to me," Curtin told Daily Mail earlier this year.

We will find out as Iowa hosts Ohio State. Underdog is offering you a chance to earn $100 on a $5 wager using promo code FOXNEWS. Ohio State has one blemish on the record this season, and if you’ve followed the sport, you know it is their loss to Texas. With the Longhorns now ranked as the top team in the country, you can blame the Buckeyes for losing the game all that much. Still, it was one that they let slip away; that can’t happen again.
Their other three games have been much easier. Week 1 saw them dominate Ball State with a 56-3 victory. Week 3 was a 59-3 win over Kent State, and last week, they took it to Illinois, winning 42-19. Quarterback Julian Sayin has looked great so far with 10 touchdowns and 1,206 passing yards for the year.
Iowa doesn’t have a blemish on its record, and a strong game here might give them future consideration for the College Football Playoffs. A win would likely get them a spot if they go perfect this season. They haven’t beaten Ohio State since the 2017-18 season, but they were at home when that happened.
They are coming off of an impressive win over Michigan last week, going on the road and getting a last-second victory with a final score of 20-19. Their first three games were fairly easy, with the exception of a tight one against Iowa State University. Against Northern Illinois and Northern Iowa, they won a combined 95-0.
No matter if you want the Buckeyes or the Hawkeyes to win, Underdog is making sure new users are winners with their bet $5, get $100 offer. Simply bet $5 using promo code FOXNEWS and you’ll receive a $10 bonus bet. Repeat the process 10 days to get the full allowed value.

Fanatics Sportsbook Promo Code FOXNEWS350 Unlocks Bet $20, Get $350 Promo for Alabama vs Mississippi State
College Football rewards us after a long work week with a full day of games kicking off early at 12:00 ET and running the rest of the day. Fanatics is trying to reward new users with $350 in FanCash on a $20 wager when using promo code FOXNEWS350.
The fun starts early this week with Alabama coming into Mississippi State with a 12:00 ET kickoff. The Crimson Tide are 4-0 and have looked better each week. The team started the season with a win over East Carolina, winning 48-10. Then they had to travel to Kentucky and face the Wildcats. It was no contest with a 45-17 win.
The past two weeks have been slightly more difficult to win, but nothing nail-biting. They faced FSU and post a season-high 50 points. They won by two scores, so it still wasn’t a close game. South Carolina visited last week, and Alabama rolled to a 31-point victory.
Mississippi State has been climbing the rankings all season. They have a Hiesman trophy candidate under center, and they are 4-0 to start the year. They’ve even had a few tests this season. In Week 1, they faced University of Louisiana Monroe and crushed them with a 62-13 victory. Week 2 was another win, but a tougher opponent in Minnesota.
Week 3 brought them to South Carolina. The Bulldogs won the game, but it was by just one touchdown and they allowed 34 points to the Gamecocks. You have to assume their defense isn’t quite as good as Alabama’s. Last week, they hosted Missouri, a ranked team, and escaped with a 31-24 victory.
Tonight should be a fun game between the two ranked teams. A win for Alabama could show some further progress in their season. A win for Mississippi State could be the exclamation point on what has been a solid season. One win for new bettors comes from Fanatics Sportsbook and their offer of $350 in FanCash when wagering $20 using promo code FOXNEWS350.

Luigi Mangione arrest bodycam video released
Alleged FlyDubai attacker was previously identified as security risk, officials say
The co-pilot of the FlyDubai plane who allegedly attacked the plane's captain and attempted to crash a flight bound for Israel on Wednesday is an Omani national who was previously suspended from flying by Oman Air after being identified as a security risk, according to senior intelligence and law enforcement officials.
Multiple sources familiar with the investigation identified the suspected attacker as 29-year-old Hamam Al Hammami.
The officials told ABC News that Al Hammami, while working as a co-pilot trainee for Oman Air in 2024, was found to be in possession of extremist materials. The suspect was allowed to continue working for the airline in an administrative role, the sources said.
United Arab Emirates Attorney General Hamad Saif Al Shamsi on Saturday said the aircraft's co-pilot had attempted to carry out a terrorist act and that he began executing his plan during the flight by assaulting the pilot inside the cockpit using a crash axe and attempted to seize control of the aircraft's controls, according to WAM state news agency.
This is the first confirmation by UAE authorities that the co-pilot had attacked the captain and identified the weapon used as a crash axe. Previous UAE statements had described the incident as a security incident and said an investigation was underway to determine whether it involved terrorist activity or prior planning.
'The last push, Smit': FlyDubai captain Smit Machchhar recounts harrowing cockpit attackThe attorney general stressed that investigations are still ongoing to establish all the circumstances and motives surrounding the incident, as well as any related links. He added that technical examinations and the analysis of physical and digital evidence are also being completed, with the final findings to be announced once the necessary procedures have been concluded.
Officials investigating the incident are still trying to determine how the suspected attacker was subsequently permitted to fly for FlyDubai and how he ended up as the first officer in the cockpit of a plane headed for Israel, the sources said.
Al Hammami -- who was transferred Thursday from Saudi Arabia to the United Arab Emirates -- is said to be "cooperating" with authorities investigating the incident and has indicated that his intent was to crash the aircraft in Israel, according to sources briefed on the investigation.
"We recognise that there are many questions at this stage; however, the circumstances surrounding the incident are still under investigation," FlyDubai said in a statement obtained by ABC News on Saturday. "We are therefore not in a position to comment further beyond our published statements. We remain fully committed to supporting the ongoing investigation and are in close coordination with the relevant government authorities and regulators."
Representatives for Oman Air and the Omani Embassy did not immediately respond to a request for comment from ABC News.
FlyDubai issued a statement earlier Friday, attributed to its chief executive officer, saying that, at the request of the authorities, FlyDubai had "temporarily suspended operations to Tel Aviv until further notice," and saying "a full official investigation, led by the relevant authorities and fully supported by flydubai, is underway."
A disaster was averted when the flight's captain, Smit Machchhar, fought back and a number of passengers subdued and restrained the attacker, who had sent the plane into a rapid dive.

One of the passengers, Israeli plumber Yaniv Hayoun, said he pulled back on the controls to steady the plane until a third pilot, who was traveling in the passenger cabin, took over. The flight eventually landed safely in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
One of the passengers who ran to the front of the plane, Dr. Shota Musaev, told ABC News in an interview this week that the attacker -- who was bloodied and restrained on the floor outside the cockpit -- told him he was from Oman. Musaev said that at one point the suspect asked Musaev to kill him.
"He said, 'Kill me please, kill me please,'" Musaev said.
Israeli officials are expected to be on the ground and involved in the questioning of Al Hammami, sources said.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday said that the suspected attacker, who he didn't name, had undergone "Islamist radicalization."
"He came to crash the plane with all passengers on board," Netanyahu said in a video released by his office. "We are investigating whether he was sent, and whoever sent him will pay a very heavy price."
Netanyahu also again heaped praise on Hayoun and the other heroic passengers for preventing a "tragedy like 9/11."
A threadbare internet biography page believed to belong to the suspect indicated that he had studied aviation management at a British university and engineering at an Australian university.
A source at the Buckinghamshire New University confirmed that Al Hammami completed a three-year distance-learning course and graduated with a degree in aviation management in 2023. The source stressed that Al Hammami did not take any pilot training at the school.
Royal Air Maroc -- Morocco's national carrier -- confirmed to ABC News that Al Hammami completed a three-month theoretical training period with the airline in 2025 as part of its pre-employment process. At the end of the training, he was not selected for employment, the airline confirmed, but it wouldn't say why.
A representative for the school in Australia declined to comment and referred an inquiry from ABC News to the Australian federal police.

Trump's attempted assassin sent mysterious texts about 3D printer leading up to Butler, Pa. shooting: report
Thomas Matthew Crooks, the shooter in the assassination attempt at President Donald Trump's Butler, Pennsylvania, rally on July 13, 2024, sent a series of strangely coded text messages in the months leading up to the shooting, according to records obtained by Judicial Watch.
"Did you 3D print the parts?" an individual the FBI described as an "unknown contact," messaged Crooks on Feb. 9, 2023.
"Yes, except for the fan blades," Crooks responded.
"Woah that looks cool," the unknown contact replied to Crooks, also asking about the "parts" in response to a Crooks message which the FBI redacted.

Another series of messages between Crooks and a redacted second party display a series of odd one- or two-word messages Crooks sent the contact between May 21, 2023, and Jan. 3, 2024.
"Hello … Hello red …Hello red … Hdudhdbdbbd … 7888ejdj … Yolo … Ddodjjf … 890 … Hdjd … Djdj … red … Yup red … Hello … Jhhhuuh … Hhdj … Jjjjjjjjjjjj … Hello red … Red red," Crooks' messages read. The FBI redacted any potential response from the other party, according to the documents.
Other information Judicial Watch received from the FBI documents included a notification from shipping company DHL about a package Crooks received from Hong Kong.
The document release also included 40 drone photos Crooks took between Feb. 6, 2024, and Feb. 27, 2024, which included photos of PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium, where the MLB's Pittsburgh Pirates and the NFL's Pittsburgh Steelers play, respectively.
Crooks' affinity for 3D printing had been previously reported by the New York Post, after the outlet reviewed a series of documents obtained by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.
Crooks had previously attempted to use his 3D printer to create a Glock 19 handgun, his father, Matthew Crooks, told investigators, according to the documents obtained by Grassley.
"Using carbon fiber plastic, a dryer and a toaster oven, Thomas did once create a Glock 19," Matthew Crooks told investigators.
BLUE STATE GOVERNORS JOIN GUN-GRABBING EFFORTS BY TARGETING GLOCK PISTOLS
But, fearing the gun would explode, Matthew Crooks forbade his son from using it, according to records obtained by the Post.
Crooks' assassination attempt on then-candidate Donald Trump, while unsuccessful in killing Trump, resulted in the deaths of two civilians. Corey Comperatore, a 50-year-old fire chief, died immediately while shielding his family from bullets.
TWO YEARS AFTER BUTLER, THREATS AGAINST TRUMP KEEP ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT IN SHARP FOCUS
James Copenhaver, a 76-year-old veteran, was shot in the triceps and the midsection, receiving injuries to vital organs including his kidneys and colon.
Though Copenhaver was released from the hospital a week after the shooting, he dealt with complications from the injuries in the ensuing years. On Sept. 23, 2026, he died due to those complications.
"These latest records reveal more pieces of the puzzle surrounding Thomas Crooks," Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said in a statement. "The FBI should stop the slow drip of heavily redacted records and immediately provide the full investigative record — especially since the death last week of James Copenhaver, who was severely injured from being shot during the assassination attempt on President Trump."

Fanatics Sportsbook Promo Code FOXNEWS350: Bet $20, Get $350 on Florida Gators vs Missouri Tigers
Some of the best games each week are between the top 25 teams in the country. Sometimes they are blowouts, but sometimes they are great battles. Tonight we have Florida taking on Missouri, and Fanatics is offering new users a chance to bet $20 and receive $350 when wagering on the game with code FOXNEWS350.
Florida is one of the best teams in the country and is coming off an absolutely dominating performance against a fellow top-10 team. The Gators rocked Ole Miss one week after the Rebels made a statement win against LSU. The final score was 52-28, showing just how great Florida was.
They did have a bit of a tougher time with Auburn when the two teams played each other in Week 3. Auburn still dropped the game, but kept it close. The Gators won 44-39, and the 44 points were the fewest they’ve had all season. The 39 points were also the most allowed this year.
Missouri is 3-1 for the season and coming off a loss to Mississippi State last week. In Week 4, they had to travel to play the Bulldogs, and they lost the game 31-24. It wasn’t a terrible game, but they just couldn’t pull it out. A win here would vault them up the list of top-25 teams in the nation.
The three wins that Missouri has this season are against Arkansas Pine Bluff, Kansas and Troy. Kansas is likely the only decent team they’ve faced. It can be hard to judge a team until they start playing real competition. Florida is definitely a challenge they want to conquer.
This matchup between Florida and Missouri kicks off this afternoon at 3:30 ET. Be prepared for the game with promo code FOXNEWS350 on Fanatics and receive $350 in FanCash on a $20 wager.
