Hayden Panettiere’s final moments revealed in frantic 911 call from boyfriend’s brother

Thu, 10/15/2026 - 22:00

Hayden Panettiere’s final moments were captured in a frantic 911 call as the brother of her on-and-off boyfriend desperately tried to revive the actress after finding her unconscious at a South Carolina apartment Aug. 16.

"Oh, God, oh, my God — you do like CPR or something?" Zach Hickerson asked the dispatcher in the newly released audio obtained by ABC News and CBS News.

The seven-minute call reveals Hickerson performing CPR on Panettiere while Brian Hickerson administered Narcan.

Panettiere, 36, was found unresponsive at the Greenville residence    Aug. 16. Zach told the 911 operator that he had arrived at the apartment after returning from church and discovered his brother and Panettiere inside.

Panettiere was pronounced dead at 2:32 p.m.

Panettiere died from the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine, according to the Greenville County Coroner's Office. The manner of death was ruled an accident.

"On August 16, 2026, at approximately 1:51 PM, a 911 call was received regarding a reported cardiac arrest at 701 Easley Bridge Road in Greenville," the Greenville County Coroner's Office said in a release obtained by Fox News Digital.

"First responders and Emergency Medical Services arrived on scene and located a female in cardiac arrest. EMS personnel initiated advanced cardiac life support measures; however, resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful, and the individual was pronounced deceased at 2:32 PM.

"The Greenville County Coroner’s Office responded to the scene and initiated a parallel investigation with the Greenville City Police Department. Hickerson traveled with the "Remember the Titans" actress from Los Angeles the day before she was found unresponsive, according to TMZ. The two broke up briefly in 2022 but rekindled their romance the following year.

Hickerson's brother confirmed to police Brian was in a relationship with the actress at the time of Panettiere's death.

Sydney Sweeney ditches signature blonde locks for unrecognizable new look

Sydney Sweeney who?

On Wednesday, the actress took to social media to share a series of photos of herself frolicking around the Santa Monica Pier in a brunette wig while enjoying an afternoon with her best friend.

"When ur bestie shows up and says 'here put this wig on,'" Sweeney captioned the post, which featured a carousel of photos showing off her new look.

The public outing comes amid ongoing backlash over her controversial Novig sports betting ads, which sparked fierce criticism from female athletes and critics who accused the company of sexualizing women in sports.

In the original ad, Sweeney appeared nearly nude while posing with sports equipment and telling viewers the platform was "just sports." The campaign prompted criticism from Olympians and professional athletes, including swimmer Ariarne Titmus, who called it a "kick in the face" to women who have devoted their lives to sports.

Gymnast Gracie Kramer accused the ad of marketing women’s sports "through the male gaze," while British sprinter Amy Hunt said the campaign offered an inaccurate picture of what women in sports look like.

Sweeney later appeared to respond by sharing images of famous athletes, including Serena Williams, Ronda Rousey, Sue Bird, Megan Rapinoe and Caroline Wozniacki, who had posed nude for ESPN’s Body Issue.

On Sunday, Sweeney doubled down and ditched her top in a new commercial for Novig, wearing only white underwear while strategically covering herself with footballs.

"There are grown men making spreadsheets to bet on what color underwear I’m wearing," Sweeney says in the ad posted on Instagram. "I mean, I’m flattered?"

She then jokes about someone "betting their 401(k) on a war" before concluding, "Novig is … just sports."

Denise Richards claims she unknowingly paid the salary of estranged husband Aaron Phypers' alleged mistress

Thu, 10/15/2026 - 18:34

Denise Richards is opening up about an alleged betrayal in her tumultuous marriage to estranged husband Aaron Phypers.

During an appearance on "The Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg Show," Richards got candid about the financial toll of her marriage to Phypers, claiming she unknowingly paid the salary and severance of a woman he was allegedly having an affair with.

"A woman he was having an affair with at his work, an employee. I paid her payroll, her severance," Richards said during the Oct. 13 episode. "I don't know how she looked me in the face."

DENISE RICHARDS SAYS SAMI 'STANDS UP' TO DAD CHARLIE SHEEN AND THAT HE NEEDS IT

The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, who has been embroiled in a bitter divorce and legal battle with Phypers for over a year, said she didn't discover the alleged infidelity, plus "multiple" other affairs, until the couple separated.

Representatives for Richards and Phypers did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

The latest allegations come nearly a year after Richards was granted a five-year restraining order against Phypers following a contentious court battle involving accusations of physical and emotional abuse.

Richards was granted the permanent restraining order on Nov. 7, 2025, after accusing Phypers of abuse. The order is set to expire Nov. 7, 2030.

Phypers was arrested in court in October 2025 on spousal abuse charges stemming from two separate incidents in 2017 and 2022, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Richards testified in court at the time that Phypers attempted to destroy her reputation during the fallout of their relationship, and, at one point, allegedly leaked nude photos of the "Drop Dead Gorgeous" actress after she claimed he stole her laptop.

DENISE RICHARDS' EX, AARON PHYPERS, ARRESTED IN COURT AS ACTRESS FIGHTS FOR RESTRAINING ORDER

"It’s been difficult for my daughters, especially with the naked photos," Richards, who shares two daughters with ex-husband Charlie Sheen and one daughter with Phypers, told the judge during court proceedings. "I'm so embarrassed and shameful as a mom. [My daughter] couldn't go to church."

In a statement to People, Phypers denied Richards' allegations.

During the same proceedings, Richards described multiple allegations of physical and emotional abuse as she detailed terrifying incidents that left the mother of three fearful for her life.

"Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages," Richards claimed in the documents filed July 16.

"Aaron regularly threatened to ‘break my jaw’ and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help — none of which ever happened. Aaron has caused me at least three concussions."

'Big Bang Theory' stars were 'outraged' over request to take pay cut for new co-stars, Chuck Lorre claims

Thu, 10/15/2026 - 16:00

Chuck Lorre is spilling all his secrets in his new memoir.

The prolific television producer and writer wrote about his life and his many decades in the industry in his new memoir, "Sitcom," in which he gave tons of behind-the-scenes stories from some of his most popular TV shows.

Whether it was his final days working with Charlie Sheen, him going to bat with the network over casting choices or shocking refusals from cast members regarding salaries, Lorre didn't hold back.

Here are some of the biggest bombshells from his memoir.

MACKENZIE PHILLIPS SAYS SHE AND VALERIE BERTINELLI DRANK WINE, DID COCAINE DURING SITCOM BREAKS

One of Lorre's most successful sitcoms is "The Big Bang Theory," which had a large ensemble cast.

In his memoir, Lorre recalled bringing in Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch towards the end of season three and upgrading them to series regulars in the fourth season, noting without them, "the show would likely have run out of gas after seven, maybe eight seasons."

Fox News may be compensated for or earn a commission if you buy through our referral links.

After a while, he remembered the network getting pressure to raise the episodic fees for Bialik and Rauch, noting TV executives Les Moonves and Bruce Rosenblum approached the main cast, who were earning $1 million an episode plus profit points, "to ask them to take a 10 percent cut in pay to accommodate that raise."

"I assumed they’d quickly agree, you know, all for one, one for all," he wrote. "That effusive attitude of gratitude actors display at award shows. Wrong again. They were outraged that they would even be asked to take a small cut in order to reward the two newer cast members. Moonves and Rosenblum had to slink out of the room, scrotally impaired."

Fox News Digital reached out to representatives for stars Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki, Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg for comment.

Lorre and Charlie Sheen worked together on "Two and a Half Men" for eight seasons before the actor's behavior led to his exit.

In his memoir, Lorre explained that the show "was a blast to do" for the first seven seasons, but "it all began to unravel" during season eight, when Sheen "started calling in sick all the time."

"The typical excuse was food poisoning, usually bad clams," Lorre wrote. "There were a lot of emergency dental appointments. Once I was informed he would not be attending rehearsal because his BIC lighter had exploded and burned off his eyelashes. Another time, his manager bragged to me about having to fly across the country, with a bag full of cash, in order to purchase a home video sex tape starring his client."

Despite his antics, they continued to film the show, with Lorre noting they "worked in a constant state of anxiety," wondering what Sheen was going to do next.

His behavior soon became too much to handle, and it was clear to those around him that his health and wellbeing were at risk.

"The last scene we shot was with Charlie and Melanie Lynsky," Lorre wrote. "He couldn’t remember any of his lines and had to use the furniture to keep himself upright. Melanie was terrified. It was clear to everyone that this man, whom we’d all grown to love, was in trouble. I had no choice but to shut down the show."

Lorre wrote that after refusing to get help for his drug problem and later trashing him on television, Warner Bros. decided they no longer wanted Sheen on their lot, and he was let go.

Fox News Digital reached out to representatives for Charlie Sheen for comment.

During his career as a television writer and show creator, Lorre encountered pushback from studio executives many times when it came to choosing actors to star in his shows.

In his memoir, Lorre explained the casting decisions behind some of the most popular shows from the past few decades, noting executives initially didn't want to cast Jon Cryer on "Two and a Half Men," or Nayyar on "The Big Bang Theory."

Despite the success of these actors in their respective roles, studio executives challenged him once again when it came time to cast the female lead in "Mike & Molly."

"The casting of Molly was, like with Jon Cryer, a tortuous journey," he said. "Once again, my brilliant casting director, Nikki Valko, brought in a comic genius. Melissa McCarthy. And once again, CBS hated her. Believe it or not, they wanted a hot young woman to play a woman struggling with her weight. It was even suggested by one exec—a female exec—that I consider casting a more attractive actress and put her in a fat suit."

Lorre explained that at this point he had learned his lesson and did not take no for an answer, insisting that McCarthy be given the role, "end of discussion," adding that "when 'Bridesmaids' came out, I felt pretty god-damn smart."

Fox News Digital reached out to representatives for CBS for comment.

'MIKE & MOLLY' STAR BILLY GARDELL REVEALS WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY 'PROBABLY SAVED' HIS LIFE

When discussing his life prior to making it big as a TV writer, Lorre revealed he was once a part of the Church of Scientology.

He recalled going to the Church of Scientology in Columbus, Ohio, after being invited by the sax player at a bar. He wrote that he "had no idea what Scientology was," but since he had nothing to do and his car was in a junkyard, he decided to go, and was quickly taken with the "pretty girls" there.

Lorre explained that after taking a communication class, he had an out-of-body experience, and sought out the Church of Scientology when he was in Los Angeles. There, he found himself presented with a one billion year contract to join Scientology's Sea Org.

"Now, I didn’t want to give up my dead-end music career, but I was broken, outnumbered, and overwhelmed," he wrote. "I caved in and signed. Next thing I knew, I was saving homo saps by passing out free personality test invites to homeless people in MacArthur Park. I lasted two days. Which means contractually, I owe the Church of Scientology a billion years of labor minus two days."

Lorre touched on his marriage to his third wife, Arielle Mandelson, saying entering into an age-gap relationship was not the best decision.

He explained that when their relationship began, he "convinced myself that age was an arbitrary thing" and that "you're only as old as you think" and that "the heart wants what it wants, but as time went on he came to the conclusion that all that ‘turned out to be bulls---’ and 'sometimes the heart's an idiot.'"

"Age is not only a huge chasm, it widens with time. No bridge can span the distance between Taylor Swift and Bruce Springsteen," he wrote. "The speed of physical and mental decline between sixty and sixty-five is horrifyingly quick. Between thirty and thirty-five, infinitesimal."

Lorre claimed that initially he was "wary about the age thing" as he was older than Mandelson's parents, but that anytime he brought that to her attention, "she accused me of being ‘ageist,’" adding, "eventually she wore me down."

"After seven years we were both miserable and agreed to separate. Eight months later we carpooled to a wedding," he wrote. "The night ended with a second consummation, followed by reconciliation, followed by another year of misery. This time we agreed to divorce. She got a whole bunch of money. I got the dog. I like to think I got the better end of the deal. The dog is always happy to see me."

John Stamos says Beach Boys legend Mike Love is facing 'serious health challenges'

Thu, 10/15/2026 - 02:32

John Stamos performed with the Beach Boys on Sunday at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.

Before the show, the actor was overcome with emotion talking about Beach Boys legend Mike Love, who is facing "serious health challenges."

Stamos, 63, shared a carousel of images on social media with his "musical hero and mentor" before admitting he was "struggling" to put his feelings into words.

ROD STEWART CONFIRMS FINAL TOUR AFTER HEART PROCEDURE AND HEALTH SCARES

"My beloved friend, father figure, musical hero and mentor, Mike Love, is facing serious health challenges," he wrote. "We hope he’ll be doing what he loves for years to come, but we don’t know what the future holds. We have tonight."

At Tuesday's Hot Cuisine fundraiser for the Scleroderma Research Foundation (SRF), Stamos told Fox News Digital it was his mission to get Love to the Ryman Auditorium for a performance of a lifetime.

"Our goal was to get him up at the Ryman this weekend. He wanted it," Stamos said. "I've been spending a lot of time with him, you know, quiet time. We've been listening to music. … Doo-wop. He loves Doo-Wop.

"And I said, ‘You gotta tell me, do you really think you can do these shows this weekend?’ He said, ‘Yes, and I really want to.’ I said, 'We'll make it happen.'

"Everybody told him not to — doctors, his family — but it was something he wanted to do. He's made all my dreams come true and all my wishes. So, I had to fulfill his wish, and we made sure that he got there and did a good job."

SRF presented John Stamos with the Bob Saget Legacy Award, recognizing his steadfast support for scleroderma research and his commitment to following in Bob’s footsteps by shining a spotlight on scleroderma and raising funds toward a cure.

Love's representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment. It's unclear what health struggles Love faces.

Stamos and Love's son, Brian Love, delivered speeches prior to the show.

"One thing about him is he's stubborn, and he's steadfast, and he did not want to miss the Ryman. I mean, for good reason," Brian said, via Variety.

"Look at this place. So, we are happy. We're going to be positive. We're gonna sing along. But I still remember something he told me when I was a child, and it stuck with me. I said, ‘Dad, why do you do so many shows?’ I mean, we are talking about a guy who's done over 100 concerts a year well up into his 80s."

"That's just incredible, right? So, he told me, ‘Well, if you don’t do as many concerts, you don't see as many towns, and then that means less people get to hear the amazing Beach Boys personally.' So, he's always cared for the small towns, the fairs. … This is obviously a much more well-known, beautiful venue. But he cares about the listener, and I think it's such an honor to be part of that. And we've gotta live in the moment."

Stamos said, "All we have is tonight really, and I think it's going to be very, very special. Mike, he insisted on being here. … He's done over 7,000 live shows. And tonight'll be 7,422, I think exactly. I think that's where we're at. He's counting. … We love you, and have the greatest night ever, and God bless you all."

After the curtains opened, Love was already seated on stage, the outlet reported.

He sang in his seat along with his bandmates but did not do his lead vocals.

During the performance, the Beach Boys legend addressed concerns about his health, saying, "Obviously, I’ve been going through some health issues for quite a while. But I didn’t want to miss being at the Ryman with y’all."

Variety reported that Love was helped up by Brian and Stamos at the end of the show as the song "We Are The Champions" by Queen played.

JON BON JOVI ABRUPTLY ENDS MADISON SQUARE GARDEN SHOW AFTER HEALTH SETBACK

In his social media post, Stamos acknowledged that Love "is a fighter," and despite "doctors, family and friends urging him to focus on his health, he insists on being on stage."

"He says he needs his band, the audience, his friends and drummer surrounding him to lift him up," Stamos wrote. "I’ve played with Mike for 41 years. I never imagined how deeply it would affect me to see someone larger than life face something so human and fragile."

The Beach Boys have been touring in support of the 60th anniversary of their groundbreaking 11th studio album, "Pet Sounds."

Stamos noted that "the Mike Love we see tonight may not be exactly the Mike we’ve always known. But he’s still every bit the Mike we love."

"His lyrics, optimism, unforgettable hooks and more than 7,000 concerts have brought joy to generations," Stamos wrote. "What he’s given me personally is immeasurable.

"Forty-one years of stages, airplanes, hotel rooms, laughter and moments nobody else saw. He married Caitlin and me. He’s shared experiences with my family, and now my son."

The "Full House" star noted that Love didn't only give him a spot in the band. He "gave me a place in his life."

"He taught me how to entertain, hold a stage, connect with an audience and make people feel something. I carry those lessons everywhere," Stamos said. "He’s made me a better musician, entertainer and man.

"This life with Mike and the Beach Boys has become part of my identity. I’ve felt entrusted with being a steward of this extraordinary music, carrying it to new generations."

Stamos wanted to "be completely present" performing with Love at the Ryman over the weekend and "hear every harmony, familiar joke and cheer. Feel that first chord hit and watch age, illness and time disappear. Just a bunch of guys making music together."

He wrote, "Maybe the hardest part of loving someone is becoming so accustomed to the miracle of having them there that you forget it’s a miracle at all.

"Tonight, I won’t forget," Stamos wrote. "I want to cherish every second without feeling those seconds slipping away. That’s what I’m giving him.

Selma Blair's on-off boyfriend asks fans to 'pray' for actress after Delta flight incident, assault charges

Wed, 10/14/2026 - 20:56

Selma Blair's on-again, off-again boyfriend pleaded for compassion after the actress' arrest and subsequent assault charges following an alleged mid-air incident aboard a Delta flight to New York.

Andy Kiernan asked social media followers to "pray for Selma," in an Instagram story shared Monday.

"She has a good heart," he wrote. "She hasn't yet got the help she needs. Pray that she does."

SELMA BLAIR ARRESTED AFTER IN-FLIGHT INCIDENT

He added, "She's a human being like the rest of us. Pray for Arthur too."

Kiernan was referring to Blair's 15-year-old son, Arthur Saint Bleick, who she co-parents with fashion designer Jason Bleick.

It's unclear when the pair began dating and if they're currently in a relationship. The actress went public with Kiernan in 2024, according to photos published by the Daily Mail.

Kiernan and Blair's representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Blair, 54, was arraigned Monday on two counts of second-degree assault stemming from alleged attacks on a Port Authority police officer and a nurse following her arrival at John F. Kennedy International Airport from Los Angeles. Police had responded to a call about a "physically abusive passenger" aboard Delta Flight 938.

SELMA BLAIR SAYS ‘NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS’ AFTER ANTI-ISLAM COMMENT LED TO HOLLYWOOD FALLOUT

Judge Indira Khan set bail at $20,000 cash/$60,000 bond/$60,000 partially secured bond. She's expected in court in January 2027.

The "Hellboy" actress was taken into custody at JFK and transported to a hospital for evaluation following the in-flight incident. Two flight attendants reported injuries, and one was taken to a hospital, according to officials.

Police officer Maria Suarez was helping secure Blair on a stretcher at approximately 11:50 p.m. ET when Blair allegedly "removed her leg from the stretcher straps and kicked Officer Suarez repeatedly about the face, neck and chest," according to an affidavit.

Suarez suffered swelling to her jaw and "substantial pain to her face, neck and chest," and was then treated at a Queens-area hospital, according to the filing. Blair is also accused of kicking a nurse in the chest at a Queens hospital.

During her court appearance in Queens on Monday, Blair’s lawyer claimed the actress missed multiple doses of a "powerful" medication, The New York Post reported.

"This was not an intentional assault," the outlet noted that her attorney, Shawn Barnes, said in court. "Ms. Blair missed several doses of … a powerful medication that controls severe neurological symptoms.

"Ms. Blair boarded this flight after being on set and working extensive hours and exhaustive hours in the days leading up to this flight."

He added, "Additionally, at one point, during the flight, there was an incident where Miss Blair actually fell and hit her head. These factors, coupled with altitude, resulted in a state of severe confusion and disorientation."

Law enforcement officials confirmed Blair was also separately served with a summons by the FBI, and is currently facing one charge of assault.

"On Sunday October 11 at approximately 11pm at JFK Airport, PAPD responded to a call about a physically abusive passenger aboard Delta Airlines flight 938 which was parked at the gate after arrival from LAX," New York Port Authority officials confirmed to Fox News Digital.

"Suspect was identified as Selma Blair, a 54-year-old woman. She was taken into custody and transported to the hospital for evaluation."

"We'd like to have some medical personnel at the gate for a couple of the FA's [flight attendants] involved in the passenger incident," dispatch requested in audio obtained by Fox News Digital. "They just need to get a couple things looked at."

Delta confirmed that law enforcement officials responded to an incident upon arrival at John F. Kennedy International Airport, a flight which departed out of Los Angeles earlier in the day.

"Delta has zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first," the airline said in a statement.

Sources told TMZ that Blair allegedly punched one flight attendant and bit another in the middle of the flight.

She was traveling with her service dog, which is now in the custody of her attorney, CBS reported.

"Selma experienced a medical emergency that led to the alleged conduct. Upon landing, she received immediate medical attention and is currently in stable condition," a rep confirmed to Fox News Digital at the time.

Ethan Hawke blasts Hollywood's 'greedy bastards,' predicts massive rebellion against powerful elites

Wed, 10/14/2026 - 20:19

Ethan Hawke isn't holding back when it comes to the powerful forces he believes are controlling the entertainment industry.

During a new interview with GQ, the Oscar-nominated actor took aim at wealthy power players, blasting "greedy bastards" who think they control every aspect of Hollywood and predicting a major rebellion against the industry.

"I believe in rebellion. And I think people are going to wake up and punch back and there’s going to be massive movements in music and massive movements in live theater and massive movements of people getting together," Hawke said.

FROM ‘SCREAM’ TO STREAM: JAMIE KENNEDY REVEALS HOW HOLLYWOOD LOST ITS WAY AND WHY HE WON'T GIVE UP ON LA

"So don’t worry that the money and the greedy bastards that think they control everybody, they always lose in the end," he continued. "And they’re all going in the grave eventually. They think they’re winning, but they’re losing because their lives are worthless."

Hawke also expressed frustration with the financial pressures shaping Hollywood, arguing that the projects actors care about most often come with the smallest paychecks.

TRUMP, SCHIFF FORGE UNLIKELY ALLIANCE AS HOLLYWOOD BLEEDS JOBS

"There's a direct correlation. I find that the more you love a project, the less you get paid," he said. "If you want to beat the algorithm, it's very difficult to do that and be paid."

This isn't the first time Hawke has spoken about the pitfalls of Hollywood.

ROBERT DOWNEY JR. SLAMS MODERN CELEBRITY CULTURE AS 'ABSOLUTE HORSES---'

Last year, the actor called celebrity a "poison" for a young actor's brain.

During an appearance on "The Joe Rogan Experience," Hawke got candid about his start in Hollywood as a young man and reflected on the psychological effect of becoming famous at a young age.

"I think celebrity is like a tiny drop of mercury. Or it's poison. It's poison for your brain," the actor said. "To be a professional actor at a young age, it's dangerous in extremely insidious ways that are very, very hard to perceive when it's happening," Hawke said.

Rogan compared the experience of becoming famous as a child to concrete. If concrete is made incorrectly, with the wrong amount of water or cement, that's it, he explained. Rogan added that once it dries there is no way to repair or fix it.

DISNEY ALUM CHRISTY CARLSON ROMANO RIPS HOLLYWOOD FOR FAILING CHILD STARS AFTER HAYDEN PANETTIERE’S DEATH

"That analogy works for all walks of life. Really. If you have something really traumatic happen in childhood, it's very hard to recover. It's a tremendous amount of work to recover. And I agree with you, like I think celebrity is like a tiny drop of mercury. Or it's a poison. It's a poison for your brain," Hawke said.

During his GQ interview, Hawke expressed the same sentiment.

"I wouldn’t be the first person to say that there’s an aspect of celebrity that is like a disease," he said. "And you can handle little bits of it, but too much of it — we can see what happened to Elvis and we can see Michael Jackson. It’s a form of isolation. It’s like being put in a zoo, and zoo animals go nuts. So do human beings."

"And it seems like a kind of nice isolation because people are giving you money, and they’re telling you you’re wonderful, but nobody’s being real with you," he continued. "And that makes people insane. And they start scratching, trying to find some real life. And sometimes people do that with drugs, some people do that with acting out or getting in fights or whatever the ways that people do it."

Last year, fellow actor Dakota Johnson also ripped into Hollywood, calling the industry an absolute "mess."

During her appearance on the show "Hot Ones," Johnson was asked why "Hollywood is risk-averse."

"I think it’s hard when creative decisions are made by a committee, and it’s hard when creative decisions are made by people who don’t even really watch movies or know anything about them … that tends to be what’s occurring a lot," Johnson shared with host Sean Evans.

Johnson, who has grown up in the business as the daughter of actors Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, is no stranger to the inner workings of Hollywood.

The "Fifty Shades of Grey" actress’ comments come as studios continue to create sequels and remakes, with original storytelling often sidelined.

White House slams The Chicks' Natalie Maines with ‘peanut-sized brain’ insult after singer takes aim at Trump

Wed, 10/14/2026 - 19:35

The White House fired back at The Chicks frontwoman Natalie Maines after the singer took aim at President Donald Trump, unleashing a blistering personal attack that branded her a "despicable nobody" with a "peanut-sized brain."

"Natalie Maines is a despicable nobody who clearly suffers from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome that has rotted her peanut-sized brain," the White House told Fox News Digital.

The scathing response came after Maines — who kicked off The Chicks' anniversary tour for "Taking the Long Way" in Manhattan this week with bandmates Emily Strayer and Martie Maguire — revived the infamous criticism of former President George W. Bush that sparked a firestorm more than two decades ago, only this time, she suggested she would welcome Bush back compared to Trump.

According to Billboard, Maines declared during the show that she would "never" submit to the "shut up and sing" brigade.

"We thought that was the worst it could get," she said, referencing the backlash to her 2003 comments towards Bush. "Now I’d give George (W.) Bush a big wet kiss," she laughed. "’Cause now we’re ashamed the president of the United States is from the United States."

The comment was a direct reference to her 2003 statement about Bush that garnered backlash at the time: "Just so you know, we do not want this war, this violence, and we’re ashamed that the President of the United States is from Texas."

The comments prompted a mixed reaction on social media.

'Jon & Kate Plus 8' star Collin Gosselin accuses mom of trying to 'bury' him to ‘protect her reputation’

Wed, 10/14/2026 - 16:30

Collin Gosselin is taking aim at his estranged mother, Kate Gosselin, accusing the former reality TV star of trying to "bury" him to protect her public image as he makes allegations of childhood abuse in his new memoir, "In the Shadow of Eight."

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" alum said he has not spoken to Kate since he was 13 and would need an apology and accountability before considering reconciliation.

"I'd like an apology, simply put, an apology and for her to admit, and just take accountability for what she did," Collin, 22, said.

COLLIN GOSSELIN SENDS CRYPTIC SIGNAL TO MOM KATE AFTER CLAIMS SHE'S 'SPIRALING' OVER HIS UPCOMING MEMOIR

"And to say, you know, 'I'm sorry that I've soiled your name, and I've made every effort to bury you, to protect my reputation,' I think that'd be very honest and very powerful for her to say that … just show accountability because everything she's done to protect her reputation, it's all been at my cost."

In his memoir, "In the Shadow of Eight: Surviving the Reality of My Childhood," Collin alleged he endured physical abuse, isolation and forced psychiatric medication as a child. He also compared his experience in a treatment facility to being sent to a juvenile detention center, saying it left lasting scars.

Kate recently spoke out for the first time following her estranged son's book release.

On Oct. 10, the former reality star posted a video on TikTok with an update about her dog. The video's comments section of the video was later filled with TikTok users discussing Collin's memoir. Over the following days, Kate responded to some select comments.

One commenter wrote, "I know you already know this, but you have the support of so many. Most importantly your seven precious children." Kate shares eight children with her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin. The TikTok user added that their feed was "flooded with such terrible lies. It should be illegal to defame someone that way, but I just wanted to say you are doing a great job keeping your head up through all of this. We love you!"

"I know rational logical ppl or anyone who has dealt with mental illness understands what’s going on here :)," Kate replied.

Kate also liked another comment in the thread that claimed "he will regret all of this someday" and alleged that he'd been "encouraged and enabled by other dysfunctional and mentally ill people." The commenter added, "I'm just sorry that you have to relive this over and over."

Kate later replied, "Exactly! I had nothing to do with it, except for consent because it was medically necessary."

Fox News Digital has reached out to Kate for comment.

Collin’s memoir accused Kate of restraining him with zip ties, hitting him when he failed to perform for cameras and isolating him in the family’s basement. The mother and son had been estranged for years, and Collin eventually moved in with his father, Jon, after his parents’ 2009 divorce.

KATE GOSSELIN CALLED A 'MONSTER' IN SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENTS AFTER SON COLLIN ANNOUNCES MEMOIR

Meanwhile, Collin told Fox News Digital he held on to hope even during what he described as his darkest moments.

"I had very little hope, but I always had some, and I hung on to that … I just kept telling myself that there's a better future for me and there will be a time where I will be past this," he said.

The former child star said sharing his story had weighed on him for years before he finally decided to speak publicly.

"It was heavy on my heart, my whole life, but especially now, it was just, I just felt like it was the time to do that," he said.

The rift with Kate remains deep. Collin recalled a visit from his mother when he was 13, claiming the encounter left him with a painful final memory.

"She berated me for all of 20 minutes after not seeing me for over a year," he said.

Collin also described the effects of the psychiatric medication he said he was allegedly forced to take as a child, saying it left him feeling like a "zombie." In his memoir, he portrayed his childhood away from the cameras that made his family famous as deeply isolating.

Despite the estrangement, Collin said he had not ruled out taking a call from Kate. But forgiveness, he stressed, would not automatically mean reconciliation.

"Reconciliation requires action and accountability," he said.

"I think we can all say, 'I'm sorry,' but if we're not willing to take the actions and take accountability for what has happened in the past and what happened my entire childhood, then what does that really mean, you know?"

Collin said he remains open to hearing from his mother, hoping she might acknowledge what he alleges happened during his childhood.

"I think I'd take the call out of curiosity and just to hope that maybe she would admit to the things that she did to me when I was a child," he said.

"It was so powerful to be able to come back to TV on my own terms as an adult and rather than being a young child being pressured to perform on the daily," he said.

"When a child does not want to be on TV, that should be their decision to make. And we should let them make that decision," he said.

Collin and his seven siblings shot to fame on "Jon & Kate Plus 8," which chronicled Kate and Jon Gosselin raising their twin daughters, Mady and Cara, now 26, alongside sextuplets Collin, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Leah and Joel, now 22.

The series aired from 2007 to 2009 before returning as "Kate Plus 8" in 2010. After the couple divorced, Collin was institutionalized as a preteen before Jon was awarded custody and he moved in with his father.

Kelly Clarkson 'has put us in danger,' Brooklyn store owner claims as bird's price tag soars to $15M

Wed, 10/14/2026 - 03:55

Kelly Clarkson's public clash with a Brooklyn shop has left its owner concerned about more than a lost sale.

Adam Rubin, co-owner of Art of Play and a children’s author, spoke with Fox News Digital inside the Brooklyn store Tuesday morning, claiming the singer has put his business in danger after their viral dispute over a $15,000 mechanical singing bird.

The bird at the center of the controversy now has a staggering $15 million price tag.

KELLY CLARKSON SLAMS BROOKLYN STORE OVER ‘PRETTY WOMAN’ TREATMENT

"But I am afraid for the safety of our shop. Kelly Clarkson has put us in danger," Rubin told Fox News Digital.

Rubin claimed the backlash has extended beyond angry comments online, with people associated with the business allegedly facing threats and having their personal information exposed.

"We've got incredible support from our neighbors and fans over the past few days, and all of them have been attacked, threatened, doxed," he said.

Rubin also accused Clarkson of an "abuse of power," arguing that the singer's enormous platform has intensified the backlash against his small business.

Rubin argued that Clarkson's celebrity status carries a responsibility.

"You can't just try to squash somebody like a bug and expect everybody to give you a pass," he said.

Rubin also questioned why strangers would go to such lengths to attack a small business on behalf of a celebrity, expressing frustration that people who had never visited his store were joining the backlash.

The mechanical bird that sparked the dispute has also undergone a dramatic price change.

A photograph taken Tuesday by Fox News Digital shows a new sign beside Molly identifying the bird as a creation of artist Bliss Kolb, with an eye-popping price of $15 million.

The sign describes Molly as "The world's most famous singing bird automata!" and lists its price as "$15,000,000."

The new figure is 1,000 times the original $15,000 price at the center of Clarkson's complaint.

Art of Play previously explained in a public statement that the original $15,000 figure referred to a nearly identical automaton available from artist Bliss Kolb, while Molly herself is permanently attached to the wall and serves as a fixture in the store's magic performances.

Rubin also addressed the dramatic price change during his conversation with Fox News Digital, pointing to the attention Molly has received since Clarkson's visit.

He described the new figure as a matter of "supply and demand," while the store has maintained that the bird is not for sale.

Rubin suggested Molly's sudden notoriety has made her one of the most recognizable mechanical birds in the world.

The new sign offers a striking contrast to the original $15,000 price tag that Clarkson cited in her complaint.

The price change adds another twist to a dispute that began Saturday when Clarkson visited the Brooklyn shop and later accused an employee of treating her as though she couldn't afford its merchandise.

KELLY CLARKSON'S STORE CALLOUT SHOWS THE 'POWER' OF CELEBRITY STATEMENTS: EXPERT

Clarkson initially took to social media to describe what she considered a humiliating shopping experience, comparing her treatment to Julia Roberts' character in the 1990 film "Pretty Woman."

"Just drove all the way to Brooklyn to check out this store I thought looked really rad and had a few things in mind to buy and literally was looked at as if I couldn’t afford it and was told he could find something comparable for me," Clarkson wrote.

"Wow, dude. You’re an idiot and just lost a huge sale."

The singer later doubled down on her account after Art of Play disputed her version of events.

Clarkson maintained that she had pointed to a $15,000 price tag and was told the bird was available for purchase, but that an employee suggested finding her something comparable.

"So you’re not only rude, you’re also a liar. Got it," Clarkson wrote in a follow-up post.

Art of Play has maintained that the encounter was a misunderstanding.

In its public response, the store explained that Molly is a permanent fixture in the shop and that employees had offered Clarkson the opportunity to purchase a similar bird from its creator.

KELLY CLARKSON SAYS 'AMERICAN IDOL' PRODUCERS 'LIED' ABOUT $1M PRIZE

The business also said another singing bird automaton, priced at approximately $2,000, was available.

For Rubin, however, the controversy has become much more personal than a disagreement over an unusual piece of merchandise.

During his conversation with Fox News Digital, the co-owner revealed that he had recently undergone a medical procedure and was not supposed to be working.

"I'm not even supposed to be here today. I got a cancer removed from my face last week," Rubin said.

"I'm getting the stitches out tonight."

Rubin said his concern about the store's safety was the reason he came in despite recovering from the procedure.

The co-owner also wanted to explain what Art of Play represents beyond the dispute that has suddenly brought it national attention.

"This is a curiosity shop," Rubin told Fox News Digital.

He described a business built around objects intended to inspire curiosity, including spinning tops, kaleidoscopes, puzzles, games and playing cards.

"And the reason this place exists is to make people feel like a kid again," Rubin said.

The business began online before operating a small location in San Diego. Rubin said the Brooklyn shop opened approximately two years ago.

Rubin, who is also a children's book author and magician, has spent years working in the world of illusion and performance.

The Brooklyn store also houses a small theater that hosts close-up magic performances, with Molly serving as the opening act, according to Rubin. Art of Play has previously maintained that the bird is permanently attached to the wall and was not available for purchase.

Despite the public dispute, Rubin said Clarkson would still be welcome back at the shop.

"We messaged her. I don't know if she saw it. I don't know if she cares," Rubin said.

Fox News Digital reached out to a representative for Clarkson for comment.

Joe Manganiello's secret seven-year health battle that nearly killed him

Wed, 10/14/2026 - 02:45

Joe Manganiello is opening up about the secret health battle that nearly "took his life" over seven years.

Manganiello sat down with "CBS Mornings" to discuss his health and his newly released memoir, "Bloodlines."

During his appearance, the actor told Gayle King he was offered the role as the main villain, Deathstroke, in Ben Affleck's canceled "Batman" movie.

He wrote in his memoir that, at the same time as the job offer, he was "dying." Manganiello received the call to appear in the movie in 2016.

"I got the call about a month out of the hospital after I collapsed on another set," Manganiello told King. "After about a year of feeling these mystery symptoms, I went into the hospital for two months straight and, at the end of my stay, they wound up having to remove my entire large intestine to save my life.

JOE MANGANIELLO DENIES SOFIA VERGARA’S CLAIM MARRIAGE ENDED BECAUSE HE WANTED A BABY: ‘SIMPLY NOT TRUE’

"They had split me open. My entire large intestine had turned to pus, and it was about to explode," he continued. "They took it out, and the surgery left me with an ostomy bag. And in the wake of that, I lost 60 pounds in two weeks. I couldn't walk. My eye went cross-eyed. I lost my voice. I had five catheters."

Manganiello explained that, after he was released from the hospital, he was in the process of trying to gain the weight back when he got the call to meet Affleck and appear in the "Batman" movie.

The actor told King he was still married to Sofia Vergara at the time, and she was the one who ultimately made the decision for the doctors to save his life and remove his large intestine.

"They had to call her as my next of kin and give her options of what she thought I would want done to me while I was unconscious. She chose the right one, and it bought me time," Manganiello said. "It didn't solve the problem. The doctors still had no idea what was causing this, how to treat it. But it bought me enough time."

"But we do have to credit her for saving your life. For making that decision," King replied.

"Absolutely," Manganiello said.

King went on to cite Manganiello's memoir in which he wrote that his mystery illness put a strain on his marriage to Vergara. The former couple married in 2015 and announced their separation in 2023. Their divorce was finalized in 2024.

"That kind of pain was like a flood in my life. You can't predict how that's going to affect people. It affected me a certain way, it affected her," he said. "It was seven years long. People didn't know about it. I was living in secret with this. Only the closest people around me knew."

King mentioned that Vergara's son, Manolo Gonzalez Vergara, 35, shared a post about a "narcissistic" man on Monday.

"Her son posted a thing about, ‘This is what happens when you deal with a narcissistic man,’ and she has liked that post," King began. "They appear to be saying that, basically, it’s terrible what happened to you, but the bottom line is that you’re a narcissist. What do you say to that?"

Manganiello appeared a bit shocked before he replied, "Well, I think anybody who said that should read the book first and understand what the book is actually about because it’s not about that. It’s about the suffering I went through."

"Bloodlines: A Memoir" released on Oct. 13.

Billy Crystal says he no longer trusts God after losing home of 46 years then his longtime friend Rob Reiner

Wed, 10/14/2026 - 01:30

Billy Crystal is opening up about how a devastating year changed his relationship with God.

During an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, the comedian, 78, opened up about how losing his longtime Pacific Palisades home in the January 2025 wildfires and the death of his close friend Rob Reiner greatly impacted his faith.

Crystal was asked whether he had been speaking with God after the painful losses. The actor referenced his previous one-man show, "700 Sundays," in which he described conversations with God, before offering a stark response.

BILLY CRYSTAL DESCRIBES PAIN OF LOSING HOME IN PALISADES FIRE AT FIREAID BENEFIT CONCERT: ‘FELL TO MY KNEES’

"No, ’cause I don’t trust Him," Crystal said.

"Too many bad things have happened," he added. "The Earth is in bad shape. This is a weird, scary time. So no, not anymore."

Crystal’s longtime home was destroyed in the Palisades fire after he and his wife, Janice, lived there for 46 years. The couple raised their children and grandchildren in the house, which Crystal described as a "magical place."

Speaking at a benefit weeks after the disaster, Crystal recalled visiting the remains of what was once his home.

ERIKA KIRK PENS ESSAY ON GRIEF AS READERS GAIN INSIGHTS INTO WRENCHING PAST YEAR

"When we were finally able to get back to our house in the Palisades, which I lived in for 46 years, like thousands of you, our house now looked like this," Crystal said, before a photo of the aftermath of the Palisades Fire appeared on the screen.

"I stepped onto the grounds and fell to my knees and I wailed. I had not cried like that since I was 15 years old, and I was told that my father had just died. I remember looking in the mirror back then with my whole life ahead of me thinking, ‘What’s my life gonna be like without him?'"

"And now folks, I'm 76-years-old, without a mirror and a lot less life to ponder thinking, ‘What is my life going to be like without our home?’" Crystal asked.

The loss became the inspiration for Crystal’s new Broadway show, "860," which is named after the street address of the home. The production recreates his home office onstage and explores his family, career, memories and grief.

NICK REINER INDICTED IN MURDERS OF PARENTS ROB REINER, MICHELE SINGER REINER AT BRENTWOOD HOME

"860" also reflects on the loss of Reiner, who was killed with his wife, Michele, in December 2025. Crystal said he and Reiner had been together at a holiday party the night before their deaths.

"We said goodbye," Crystal recalled. "And then … what?!?"

Despite the tragedies, Crystal said humor has helped him move forward.

"That’s what I do," he said when asked how he finds humor during the darkest moments. "It’s a healer."

Crystal said performing "860" has already helped him process the loss of his home and friends.

"I’ve absorbed the biggest pains that people couldn’t go through — the loss of home, dearest of friends," he said. "And I’m OK."

'Jon & Kate' star Collin Gosselin claims mother zip-tied and locked him in basement room as a child

Tue, 10/13/2026 - 23:34

Collin Gosselin reflected on the alleged abuse he suffered at the hands of his mother, Kate Gosselin.

Collin, 22, claimed in an interview with ABC that his mom allegedly made him sleep in a locked room in the basement as a way to isolate him from his father, Jon Gosselin.

He claimed that one of his teachers noticed he had a swollen earlobe, which Collin said happened after Kate allegedly "dragged" him across the room by his ear during one abusive incident.

'JON & KATE PLUS 8' REALITY STAR'S TELL-ALL MEMOIR FOLLOWS YEARS OF ABUSE ALLEGATIONS

"My teacher saw ... and then I talked to my guidance counselor, and I told them about it," Collin said. "And my mom was not very happy that I spoke about that."

He was eventually pulled from school in the fourth grade, and recalled being "too afraid to say anything" when child protective services questioned abuse allegations.

Gosselin admitted he wasn't sure about life before the cameras arrived at his home to film his family, and told the outlet, "Simply put, my whole life that I lived was a lie."

After one attempt to runaway, Collin claimed his mother allegedly zip-tied him and locked him in his basement room.

"She had put my wrists together ... and my ankles, and took black zip ties and zip-tied my hands and feet together," he alleged to the outlet.

Days before his 12th birthday, Collin claimed Kate had him removed from their home and placed him in an institution. He alleged he was then "pumped with medication" and received little contact from his family.

"I was told, 'This is for your own good,'" he recalled before admitting, "I threatened my mom's income, I threatened her image and people will do anything to protect their reputation, especially my mom."

Kate claimed through the years that Collin suffered from a number of behavioral challenges. Collin wrote that she claimed he had autism, bipolar and obsessive compulsive disorder, but an independent psychological evaluation allegedly showed he didn't have any of those diagnoses.

"Everybody was like, 'Were you surprised when you got this?' I was like, 'No,'" he said. "Because I knew that, it's just that I needed it on paper."

In a sit-down with Jay Shetty ahead of the release of his memoir, "In The Shadow of Eight: Surviving the Reality of My Childhood,' Collin claimed his earliest memories were when camera crews took over his house.

"We were rolling every day, I mean at least a majority of the week, every week of the month of the year," he said.

"And they were always there. There was always lights set up and cameras. And then once it got big enough and it was, it became, it went from ... you know, the big family in the small humble house to the big house."

Gosselin recalled the first indication that life "wasn't normal for a child" when his parents went through a divorce.

"It was never normal," Gosselin noted. "That should never be a thing where you exploit children, where you film them potty training. But when I first had that recollection that ... realization, it was when my parents divorced and I kind of overheard some conversations where my father didn't want that for his children."

"They would do things like they'd have photo shoots where they'd bring in like puppies and they'd be like, 'Kids, play with the puppies, have fun, pet them.' Once they got all the pictures, we'd still want to play with the puppies ... and they'd take the puppies away."

Fox News Digital has reached out to Kate's reps for comment.

While Kate has remained quiet about the allegations, she defended herself over the summer on social media.

The former reality TV star responded to comments on her TikTok posts referencing a few of Collin's claims where he alleged she "forced" him and his seven siblings apart and "pitted them against each other" as they were growing up.

"If you are 100% certain that the accusations against you are lies, my suggestion would be to take him to court and sue him for defamation!" one fan asked. She responded, ""I can’t bc I’m a public figure. Rules are different unfortunately. Or I def would!"

She wrote on another post, "Malice is one of the hardest things to prove. I tried :(. The rules are different for ppl in the public eye."

Gosselin also shared that she "consulted a high power LA attorney" in the past "when other ppl were putting crazy stuff out there," and that is what they told her. "The courts don’t honor it if you’re in the public eye :(" she added.

She later responded to another comment, saying, "Sadly, Only parents who have a mentally ill child understand! It’s so tough and I’m learning that ppl have NO ability to understand unless they’ve been through it themselves."

Selma Blair accused of kicking nurse hours after JFK plane arrest

Tue, 10/13/2026 - 18:03

Selma Blair's alleged airline assault did not end with the police. She is also accused of kicking a nurse in the chest at a Queens hospital hours after she was arrested following an alleged in-flight incident aboard a Delta flight from Los Angeles to New York.

The criminal court affidavit, filed in Queens Criminal Court, says registered nurse Ashley DeLeo was assisting in transporting Blair for further medical treatment at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center at approximately 2 a.m. ET on Oct. 12 when Blair allegedly kicked her.

"The defendant kicked complainant DeLeo in her chest," the affidavit stated, adding that the alleged conduct caused "substantial pain to her chest."

SELMA BLAIR ARRESTED AFTER IN-FLIGHT INCIDENT

Blair, 54, was arraigned Monday on two counts of second-degree assault after Port Authority police responded to a call about a "physically abusive passenger" aboard Delta Flight 938, which had arrived at John F. Kennedy International Airport from Los Angeles, officials said.

The "Cruel Intentions" and "Hellboy" actress was taken into custody at JFK and transported to a hospital for evaluation. Two flight attendants reported injuries, and one was taken to a hospital, according to officials.

The court document also alleges Blair kicked a Port Authority police officer while being moved from JFK Terminal 4 into an ambulance at the airport’s B22 exit ramp.

Police Officer Maria Suarez was helping secure Blair on a stretcher at approximately 11:50 p.m. ET when Blair allegedly "removed her leg from the stretcher straps and kicked Officer Suarez repeatedly about the face, neck and chest," according to the affidavit.

Blair’s attorney said in court that the incident was not intentional and argued that she had missed doses of a "powerful" medication used to control severe neurological symptoms.

"This was not an intentional assault," attorney Shawn Barnes said.

Barnes also said Blair had been working "extensive hours" before the flight and claimed she fell and hit her head during the trip.

"These factors, coupled with altitude, resulted in a state of severe confusion and disorientation," Barnes said.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs hospitalized with head injury while behind bars: report

Tue, 10/13/2026 - 17:08

Sean "Diddy" Combs was allegedly rushed from prison with a medical emergency, TMZ reported.

The outlet indicated Diddy, 56, was transported to a nearby hospital to treat a head injury. It remains unclear how the disgraced music mogul was injured.

Despite the reports circulating, Diddy's team and the Federal Bureau of Prisons could not confirm the alleged injuries.

INSIDE DIDDY'S PRISON LIFE WITH MASSAGES, BOOZE AND NUDE PHOTOS: REPORT

"We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances," reps confirmed to Fox News Digital.

"Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out."

The Federal Bureau of Prisons could not provide a comment on Diddy's health or whereabouts.

"For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not comment on the conditions of confinement for any incarcerated individual, including quarters assignment or medical status," the bureau said in a statement provided to Fox News Digital.

DIDDY'S FEDERAL PRISON RELEASE DELAYED WEEKS AFTER REPORTED SOLITARY CONFINEMENT STINT

Sources told the outlet that Diddy remained conscious and speaking on his own while recovering from the alleged non-life-threatening injury.

Amid alleged medical woes, Diddy's prison release date has changed multiple times since he began serving his sentence.

According to multiple reports, the disgraced rap mogul was reportedly sent to solitary confinement in July after a prison fight with another inmate.

The incident began after a fellow inmate "made a remark to Combs, which instigated the event" at FCI Fort Dix, ABC News reported at the time.

Diddy was then reportedly sent to solitary confinement, the outlet noted. It's unclear if his release date was delayed due to the reported fight. He's now expected to be released from prison in March 2028.

In September 2024, the "Last Night" singer was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges after months of sexual misconduct allegations, lawsuits, investigations and the release of surveillance video that appeared to show the rapper severely beating then-girlfriend Cassie in the hallway of a Los Angeles hotel.

He was sentenced to more than four years behind bars in October after being convicted in July on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

A jury convicted Diddy on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution on July 2, 2025. The "I'll Be Missing You" rapper was acquitted of the most serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.

In addition to the 50-month sentence, Diddy was ordered to serve five years of supervised release and pay a $500,000 fine. The prosecution recommended 135 months (just over 11 years) for his sentencing.

Sylvester Stallone calls himself an 'idiot' for doing his own stunts, details nine back surgeries

Tue, 10/13/2026 - 17:00

Sylvester Stallone admitted that he was an "idiot" for performing his own stunts after extensive medical procedures.

During an interview with Fox News Digital, the "Tulsa King" star opened up about the "millions" of regrets he has after decades of being an action star.

"Millions, millions of regrets. I could literally spend a half hour talking about injuries, the amount, not even like one, I'm talking about 30 hours, 30 minutes of just individual ones, because it becomes compounded. I have been injured many, many times, but after 'Expendables,' I ended up with nine back operations, three neck fusions. Both shoulders ripped out, eye, you know, all kinds of lens put ... it's been brutal," Stallone began.

Stallone admitted that he's never been "quite the same" since the surgeries.

"Now you have to like make peace with the pain as much as you can," he shared.

The biggest lesson he has now, at 80 after decades of crazy stunt work, is to "let other people do their job."

"Don't be a stage hawk, or whatever you call it, a showboat. I know a lot of people are thinking about doing stunts ... don't. Don't. Let the pro do it," Stallone said. "Let me explain something, you cannot beat gravity, when you hit the ground, you lose, and it's going to come back."

He continued, "I mean, just ask every football player in the world. So yeah, that and people go, 'Aren't you proud of them?' No. I think I'm an idiot for doing that. I'm proud that I broke myself in pieces. Like, duh, no."

The Stallone-led "Tulsa King" is gearing up to release its fourth season on Oct. 16. The actor told Fox News Digital what still excites him about his character, Dwight Manfredi.

"He still hasn't achieved his goal, just when he thinks he's arrived, another situation, another dramatic episode presents itself, which is exactly what the show needs. We don't want him to be like, 'I can finally exhale.' No, you don't wanna," Stallone said.

Stallone said the new season opens with a jolt, putting Dwight under pressure from new enemies and tensions within his own crew.

"Well, it's quite shocking to start off with because certain elements happen that it's ... quite unnerving. And now I'm presented with a new level of, you might say, adversaries, gangsters, criminals that are coming at me technologically, politically, and mafioso-ishly from New York," he said. "So, I'm getting bombarded from all sides. Plus, I have internal struggles with some of my own crew. So it's kind of like having like a cuckoo's nest and trying to reign it all in, you know what I mean?"

"Tulsa King" season 4 comes out on Friday, October 16, 2026, on Paramount+.

Stallone also discussed a major change in his life outside of Hollywood: moving from California to Florida.

He told Fox News Digital the move helped him feel "invigorated" after he began growing complacent in California.

"In New York, I was a New York animal, like we all are here, I just said, you have to be. And then I got to California and I thought I was in Nirvana," Stallone began. "I did very well in California. And then California sort of changed. And became more populous and everything else. And I felt myself becoming very complacent and dull."

Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, moved out of California for Florida permanently in 2024.

"When we went to Florida, I didn't know one person. And now we have a great circle. So it's the best move. And my wife was also ... I think a lot of people would like to get a little peace and quiet. You know, they've been around so many billions of people that actually have water and birds and things like that. There's something that's invigorating and nourishing, and I think goes to our biology that makes us happier," he said.

Flavin and Stallone share three daughters: Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet. His oldest daughter, Sophia, announced her engagement to boyfriend Michael Sheehan in August.

Stallone told Fox News Digital that Sheehan is making him "look bad."

"I thought I actually did it pretty well because she found a guy that I wish every woman found. So I went, 'Wow, he's making me look bad.' With the flowers and this and the constant, 'Oh, here's breakfast, honey.' I went wow, calm down, guys, you're gonna make it terrible for us," Stallone said. "But he is very nurturing. So I actually wish I was sort of like that when I was younger. I didn't learn those skills from my family. A good morning was good morning, punch in the face. He's wonderful and two more to go."

Metallica frontman James Hetfield blasts entertainers pushing political agendas at concerts

Tue, 10/13/2026 - 15:28

Metallica frontman James Hetfield is calling out performers who bring political agendas to the stage.

During Metallica's show at the Las Vegas Sphere on Saturday night, the 63-year-old musician took a moment to express his gratitude to fans who traveled to see the heavy metal band and blasted entertainers who turn concerts into political platforms.

"Unless you live in Vegas, you've come a long way to spend some time with Metallica," he said in a video shared on YouTube. "We're grateful for that — your travels, the money you spend, the time it took, thanks for coming to celebrate with us."

GOO GOO DOLLS' JOHN RZEZNIK DRAWS LINE ON POLITICS AT CONCERTS: 'I'M NOT GOING TO LECTURE YOU'

"I just gotta say, Metallica is not here, like some other entertainers, to influence you with their bulls---, OK?" Hetfield continued as the audience clapped and cheered.

"We are here …no bulls--- …we're here to forget about all the outside s---, OK?" he added. "Metallica's agenda is love, energy and heavy music, baby!"

ED SHEERAN CONCERTGOERS WARN ARTISTS ABOUT SHARING POLITICAL VIEWS: 'YOU'RE GOING TO ALIENATE' FANS

Although Hetfield did not name any artists, several musicians have recently made political statements during their concerts.

Last month, Macklemore was dropped from his remaining scheduled performances on Ed Sheeran's "Loop Tour" after the rapper repeatedly called for a "Free Palestine" and performed his pro-Palestinian protest song "Hind's Hall" while opening for the "Shape of You" singer at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

MACKLEMORE'S LONG HISTORY OF CONTROVERSY FROM GRAMMY WINS TO 'FREE PALESTINE' CONCERT REMARKS

At the time, Macklemore said Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots and Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, told Sheeran that the "Thrift Shop" hitmaker "would not be allowed" to perform at the stadium.

Kraft later confirmed that he opposed Macklemore performing at Gillette Stadium, citing the rapper's "recent actions" and what he called a "broader history of antisemitic rhetoric and imagery."

ED SHEERAN APOLOGIZES FOR MACKLEMORE BACKLASH, ENCOURAGES UNITY AT FIRST CONCERT SINCE FALLOUT

Following Macklemore's removal, all of Sheeran's remaining opening acts and supporting musicians, including Finneas, Lukas Graham, Aaron Rowe and Beoga, pulled out in solidarity with the rapper.

In an Instagram statement, Sheeran said he was not responsible for Macklemore's removal, explaining that the promoter and venues made the decision.

During his show in Philadelphia, Sheeran said he was "appalled by the conflict between Israel and Palestine" and called the situation in Gaza "catastrophic and unjustifiable," while describing the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas-led attacks on Israel as "horrific."

Sheeran has also defended his decision to keep his concerts apolitical. The four-time Grammy winner said his audience includes children and fans from a wide range of backgrounds who "do not expect a political forum" when they attend his shows.

MACKLEMORE SLAMMED AS 'PERFORMATIVE' AFTER ANNOUNCING 'FREE PALESTINE TOUR'

Macklemore subsequently pledged to donate the $1 million he earned opening for Sheeran to organizations providing humanitarian aid to Palestinians. He also announced a three-date "Free Palestine Tour" scheduled for late October.

During the controversy, country singer Zach Bryan wore a "Free Palestine" T-shirt during his sold-out concerts at Gillette Stadium in October.

SPRINGSTEEN, OTHER STARS SHARE STAGE WITH HARDCORE LEFTIST GROUPS AT MUSIC FEST

Other musicians who have made political statements during concerts include Bruce Springsteen, Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello, Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong and Kacey Musgraves.

Meanwhile, Hetfield has long expressed his opposition to mixing music and politics. In a 2016 interview with the BBC, he explained that Metallica steered clear of divisive topics.

MICK JAGGER DOESN'T WANT TO 'LECTURE' FANS, SAYS HIS JOB IS TO MAKE PEOPLE 'HAVE THE BEST TIME'

"There's a lot of polarization going on in the States, and I see it in other places as well," he said. "But it just seems like you have to get more extreme to balance out the other extreme. We've got to find some balance in the middle here somewhere."

"We stay away from politics [and] from religion," Hetfield added. "That just seems to polarize people even more. We all have our own beliefs, but at the end of the day, we're trying to connect with people, and it seems like political views don't do that as much as music does."

In a 2017 interview with the Chilean newspaper La Tercera, Hetfield declined to share his opinion of Donald Trump, who was president at the time, and reiterated his opposition to mixing music and politics.

"Everyone has an opinion about Donald Trump, I think. My opinion stays with me," he said.

"I'm a singer and guitar player in a rock band," Hetfield continued.

"I hate politics," he added. "I don't want to talk about politics. That separates people and I want to connect them with music. I prefer to stay out of all that, because it polarizes people, because if I say 'I love Trump' or 'I hate Trump,' someone can say 'then I don't like his music anymore,' which is very silly."

In a 2016 interview with Vulture, Hetfield's Metallica bandmate Lars Ulrich, who has expressed liberal political views and opposition to Trump, said that he and Hetfield had never discussed politics during their decades of performing together.

"I swear to you, I talk to James Hetfield about most things on this planet, but I don't think I've ever willfully had a political conversation with him," he said.

"We've spent 35 years together, and obviously we've been in the same room when the conversation went towards politics, but James and I sitting down in a room and discussing our particular views on something like affordable health care? Never happened," he added.

Metallica is currently performing its 24-show "Life Burns Faster" residency at Sphere in Las Vegas, which began Oct. 1 and is scheduled to conclude March 13, 2027.

Kelly Clarkson's store callout shows the 'power' of celebrity statements: expert

Tue, 10/13/2026 - 15:00

Kelly Clarkson's recent headline-making feud has public relations experts saying the viral attention brings risks for the store, but could create an opportunity if it handles the backlash well.

Over the weekend, Clarkson called out Art of Play, a Brooklyn store known for its collection of toys, games, books, puzzles and other unique items, for allegedly denying her the ability to buy "Molly," a one-of-a-kind singing and dancing bird automaton.

"Just drove all the way to Brooklyn to check out this store I thought looked really rad and had a few things in mind to buy and literally was looked at as if I couldn’t afford it and was told he could find something comparable for me," Clarkson wrote.

"Wow, dude. You’re an idiot and just lost a huge sale," she continued.

KELLY CLARKSON SLAMS BROOKLYN STORE OVER ‘PRETTY WOMAN’ TREATMENT

Clarkson then compared the encounter to a memorable scene from the 1990 movie "Pretty Woman," in which Julia Roberts’ character, Vivian Ward, is dismissed by a boutique saleswoman who assumes she cannot afford the store’s clothing.

"But y’all should go check out Art of Play in Brooklyn if you enjoy being treated like Julia Roberts’ character in ‘Pretty Woman.’ For sure, check it out," Clarkson added.

The singer’s description of the incident echoed the famous "Pretty Woman" scene, in which Vivian returns to the boutique after being rejected and tells the saleswoman, "Big mistake. Big. Huge."

A source told People: "She’s usually very private and public drama like this isn’t her."

"She’s clearly so ticked off that she couldn’t keep quiet about it. Everyone is surprised by how much this whole thing has escalated," the insider told the outlet.

Doug Eldridge, founder of Achilles PR, told Fox News Digital that this debacle speaks to three key points: "1. The power and presumptive veracity of celebrity statements and/or accusations; 2. The staggering pace and scale of social media as a tool of dissemination; 3. The critical need for a crisis communications plan, regardless of the size of your business."

Art of Play posted a response to Clarkson's original social media callout, claiming that they have had "8 million people" bombarding them with hateful messages after the singer's accusations.

"Imagine our surprise when our small local business was suddenly attacked by 8 million people who have never visited our store. It’s been a surreal experience to be the focus of such widespread outrage after just one mention by a celebrity. Thanks to all our friends for their support and welcome to all the curious folks who discovered us amidst the drama. We’re going to keep our heads down and hopefully, we can clear things up with Kelly someday. As a talented popular singer once said ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger,’" the store posted to their Instagram page on Sunday afternoon.

Eldridge continued, "Irrespective of which side you believe, this has proven Winston Churchill’s famous quip: 'A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth gets its pants on in the morning.'"

After the store's Instagram post, Clarkson took to her X account and Instagram stories on Sunday afternoon to respond to their claims.

"Cool, cool. Sure, it wasn't for sale. That's the narrative Art of Play is gonna go with," Clarkson wrote, adding a thumbs up emoji.

The singer continued: "So the whole conversation we had when I asked you if it was for sale whilst pointing to the price tag hanging on the wall with the title Singing Bird didn't happen as you elevator eyed me saying in a condescending tone "yes, it’s for sale but it costs 15,000 dollars so if you’d like me to find something comparable for you I can." That all never happened and now it’s not for sale. Okay, cool. So you’re not only rude, you’re also a liar. Got it," adding a checkmark emoji.

Clarkson added: "And by the way, I obviously support small businesses because I was literally at a small business trying to purchase things. I love small businesses and know they are important and I always support them, but you don’t get a free pass to treat people less than in your store just because you are a small business. It’s not that hard to be kind. I never blast people but you my friend were an exception. Your store is really cool. Unfortunately, you aren’t."

Jay Aldebert, chief growth officer at International Services Inc. and creator of the Profit by Design Methodology, told Fox News Digital that there are two ways Art of Play could view Clarkson bringing millions of people's attention to their small business.

WATCH: Kelly Clarkson’s social media callout could have 'devastating effect,' expert says

"I think it can have two effects, right? The first effect is that you've seen people take up the banner in her name, and you see people posting bad reviews or, obviously, there's a lot of comments. So, there is a negativity that can have an effect. She's got a lot of social power. She has 40 million followers and her taking to social media and making a comment, I think you can have a devastating effect," he began.

"But, if I were to make a counter, the counter is that all good press or all good heat or negative or positive heat, I guess is good and what the store does it with it right now I think can be quite eventful for them," Aldebert continued.

Aldebert, who manages 1,000 people at his own firm, believes Clarkson should have taken her concerns about her treatment at the store to Art of Play's owner before blasting the whole business on social media.

"If I'm Monday morning quarterback on this particular one, I'm going to say the first step you take is reach out to the owner, see if it can be resolved. If, obviously, it's treated as something where they just blow it off or they're rude, too, then I can kind of see, at least you wait out. You have a great weapon, which is your social media presence. And then take that step if necessary. But I would have liked to see that step taken in terms of the contact of the owner," he said.

WATCH: Expert says Kelly Clarkson should have contacted store owner before posting

Aldebert believes the small store in Brooklyn could spin this press nightmare into a positive, lucrative move for their business.

"It could be as simple and again, I'm just you know kind of taking a couple guesses in terms of what I would do in this, but photos with the bird. Why not charge five dollars to do so? You know, make a bunch of T-shirts as it relates to the products that resemble it," he began.

"Let's put those up front. If it's this bird out there then now people are going to want to see because, 'Hey, they wouldn't sell it to Kelly Clarkson. Will they sell it me?' I would increase the price. There's a lot of different aspects that they could be using this to generate more revenue," Aldebert said. "And I hope that they take action and maybe they get more of those birds. They're kind of gonna be like a prized possession for a short period of time."

On Sunday, Art of Play took to social media to "clarify one additional detail" about Clarkson's visit.

"During the 5 minutes she spent in the store, she inquired about our mechanical bird puppet named Molly. We explained that while Molly is permanently attached to the wall and serves as a de facto mascot for our shop, a nearly identical automaton is owned by the creator of the machines, a brilliant artist named Bliss Kolb who lives in Seattle. He told us he would be willing to part with Molly’s twin for $15,000. We explained all of this to Kelly Clarkson."

"We also offered to show her a different singing bird automaton, made by a traditional clockmaking shop in Germany, that she could have taken home with her that day. It costs about $2,000. She did not stick around long enough to see it."

"We’ve reached out to Kelly directly to try and clear the air," the shop concluded. "We really do wish her the best and hope that someday we can all laugh about this misunderstanding."

A representative for Clarkson did not respond to Fox News Digital's request for additional comment.
